All orders are processed once payment is confirmed. Shipments are made from our warehouse in Spain, and you will receive an email with tracking information within 2-4 business days after we have received your order.

Shipping times may vary depending on your location, but most orders are delivered within 3–10 business days.

We want you to love the products you purchase! If you are not completely satisfied, you may return items within 14 days of receiving your order.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer free returns; customers are responsible for shipping costs for exchanges and/or returns.

Before sealing the return package, please include a piece of paper with your order number and name inside the parcel to help us identify it. Please note that if the item you wish to exchange is out of stock, we will issue a refund instead.

Returned items must hold the same condition as when received, and be sent in the original packaging with the order number. If the items are received in poor condition (e.g. stains, odors, signs of use), no refund will be issued.

For hygiene reasons, bikini bottoms and swimsuits are patched with hygiene stickers. These stickers must remain intact and in place if you wish to return the item(s).

Once items have been quality approved, we will process the refund or exchange. In the event of withdrawal from the contract in accordance to consumer regulations, we will refund the corresponding amount for the returned product, provided that it meets the conditions stated in this policy. However, the initial shipping costs will not be refunded unless the error was on our part or if a defective or incorrect product was received. Customers are responsible for the direct costs of returning the product unless otherwise specified.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on sales-items.
